For taking such a long break off from running this was a kick ass run!! Not only did I run the fastest 4 miles of my life but I only walked one part to cross the street!!!
Definitely craving banana pancakes now. Gonna make them for breakfast. :)
Walk and jog class completed this morning. I had the courage to run ahead for the first time in my life. It was a short course today but I’m happy with the 3 miles we walked and ran.

Ate wayyy too much over the weekend cause I ended up in the hospital and was stressed.
But I didn’t let that stop me from eating today. I have 1000 calories and haven’t worked out because my doctor told me not to for a while.
Yes I feel fat. And yes I want more than anything to go exercise and to stop eating.
But I’m telling myself that I am going to be healthy and I’m not going to stop eating because food means energy.
The White Chocolate Peanut Butter is soooooo delicious! I just had it with a whole wheat bagel thin and a banana and gahhh! My taste buds are moaning! <3
Now this is a brunch!
3 egg white omelette with peppers and 1/2 laughing cow cheese
1/2 of a whole wheat, flax seed bagel thin with the other half of the laughing cow cheese
Strawberries and left over pepper slices
And a Starbucks espresso light frappuccino
